We are seeking a dedicated and empathetic Consumer Satisfaction Specialist to join our dynamic team in our newly formed Quality Assurance Department. As a Consumer Satisfaction Specialist, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the satisfaction and well-being of our clients. You will collect and analyze feedback, address concerns, and implement strategies to enhance the overall consumer experience.

The ideal candidate would:

  • Ensure clients are aware of their rights, responsibilities, and avenues for providing feedback.
  • Utilize surveys, interviews, and other assessment tools to collect comprehensive information on consumer satisfaction.
  • Develop and conduct educational programs to inform clients about available services, support systems, and resources.
  • Advocate for clients within the organization, ensuring that their needs and concerns are addressed at all levels.
  • Contribute to the continuous improvement of services by providing insights and recommendations.
  • Collaborate with management to promote a client-centered approach in organizational decision-making.
  • Have strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a high level of empathy and understanding.
  • Have knowledge of behavioral health services and a commitment to promoting mental health and well-being.
  • Have analytical skills to interpret data and identify areas for improvement.
  • Have the ability to work collaboratively with diverse teams and stakeholders.
  • Complete all other related tasks.

Education/Experience requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in psychology, social work, human services, public health, business administration, marketing, or a related field required. Equivalent relevant experience in behavioral health, case management, or care navigation will be considered in place of a formal degree
  • Proven experience in customer service, client relations, or a similar role, preferably in a behavioral health setting

Hours:

This is a full time (30 hours/week) non-exempt position. Hours are typically 9:00am-3:00 pm, Monday through Friday, or as needs of the program require.

Location:

This position will be based out of our main office located in Augusta, ME.

Pay rate:

Pay ranges from $19.00/hr. to $22.00/hr.
