Knowing the cost of a covered item or service before receiving health care helps you, the consumer, make informed choices about your healthcare. To support you and your wellness and healthcare needs, Crisis and Counseling Centers is making available to you by July 1, 2022:
Negotiated rates for all covered items and services between the plan or issuer and in-network providers; and
A historical record of payments to, and billed charges from out-of-network providers (excluding those with less than 20 entries to protect consumer privacy).
