We’re in the business of saving and changing lives.

That’s what makes our work incredibly rewarding and challenging. To show our employees how appreciated their efforts are we offer the following perks and benefits:

We’ve got you covered.

Our competitive benefits package includes health, dental, short- and long-term disability, life insurance, a Health Savings Account (HSA) option or a Flexible Spending Account (FSA) that allows you to set aside money on a pre-tax basis to cover medical or daycare expenses for yourself, your spouse, and all dependents claimed on your tax return, AND up to a 5% match contribution in our 401k plan.

We believe that quality time away from work is vital to our employees’ personal and professional success. That’s why we offer to eligible employees a flexible PTO plan to encourage employees to take time off as needed to come back refreshed as well as ten (10) paid holidays per year.

We’re committed to growing our team.

We help our employees broaden their skills by offering ongoing training and learning opportunities to gain new credentials. For credentialed and licensed full-time staff, the agency will assist with training cost  and renewal fees for required certifications or licensure.

We’re foodies.

Ok well maybe not “foodies”, but food matters to us at C&C and it is one of the ways we show our gratitude. When we’re not gathering up food donations to support local food drives and holding cook-offs to raise funds to support our local United Way’s we are hosting employee barbeques at our agency headquarters during the summer, seasonal potlucks, or impromptu thank you lunches.

Wellbeing

At C&C, we support employees living healthy, fulfilled, and balanced lives. Twice a year, we offer a $50 gym membership reimbursement or for participation in healthy living classes at MaineGeneral or your local adult education program. With advance approval we also sponsor employee participation in high-level and charity-related sports competitions.

We’re Inclusive

Be yourself. Our mission is to support the diverse behavioral health needs of the communities we serve so our culture must celebrate and support diversity amongst our staff that makes us stronger advocates for our clients.
