Crisis & Counseling Centers is seeking a dedicated and compassionate person to provide and coordinate quality crisis aftercare support to clients after their discharge from a Crisis Stabilization Unit. Key responsibilities include:

  • Professional Growth: A growth mindset and an interest in acquiring additional agency-sponsored licensures and certifications (e.g. MHRT-CSP).
  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in a social service field

Loan Forgiveness Options:

  • C&C is an HRSA STAR LRP-approved site, where qualified applicants may be eligible for up to $250,000 in loan forgiveness.
  • C&C is also an eligible employer for the Public Service Loan Forgiveness (PSLF) that provides workers with qualifying employment and loan payments federal student debt forgiveness after 10 years or 120 monthly payments.

Education/Experience requirements:

  • Minimum of an Bachelor’s degree in a social service field required
  • Must be MHRT-CSP eligible, will provide training to the right candidate
  • 3 years of relevant work experience
  • Flexibility in order to meet client needs.
  • Experience working within a multi-disciplinary team.

Hours:

This is a full time (40 hours/week) non-exempt position. Hours generally fall between 8:00am and 5:00pm, Monday-Friday. Flexibility for both evening and weekend work is required.

Location:

This position will be based out of our Augusta and would require travel to our Waterville office, as well as to client’s homes/communities.

Pay rate:

Pay for this position ranges from $19.00/hr. to $21.00/hr.
